The office of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto is located on the 16th to 19th floors of Marunouchi Park Building with conference rooms on the 16th floor and operating space for the attorneys and staff on the 17th to 19th floors. The clients will use the 16th floor, where the reception is in the center with conference rooms on both sides of the floor enabling business to function smoothly.
The reception is where clients receive their first impression of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto when they visit the firm for the first time. The light streaming down through large windows everywhere and soft ivory colors produce a relaxing place. The panoramic view of Marunouchi from the windows is one of the advantages of this location.
Our conference rooms are very important spaces where we receive requests from and exchange opinions with our clients face to face. Mori Hamada & Matsumoto has 47 conference rooms in total. We have ensured we have rooms of appropriate sizes, and equipped with the facilities and designed in such a way as to meet the various needs and urgent requests of our clients at anytime. All of our conference rooms make use of dark mahogany and clean white to create a relaxed atmosphere conducive to productive meetings with our clients.
The 723㎡ library contains the largest number of legal publications held by a law firm in Japan (70,000 books and 300 magazines) and acts as a source of knowledge to support the firm. All books have IC Tags for efficient management and the library is equipped with a unique search system. The firm has 7 librarians providing support that help us to offer reliable legal services in a timely manner by enabling us to immediately find any necessary information.
