At Mori Hamada & Matsumoto we have established practice groups in different legal fields in order to be better equipped to promptly and appropriately handle the various needs for legal services arising in today's increasingly complicated and varied business settings. What is a 'Practice Group'? |
The primary aims of the practice groups are to share the latest information and to develop a common understanding of the relevant issues. This is achieved through study groups that consider law revisions, judgments, and specific cases, as well as through discussions between members. By deeply exploring specialist subjects from various perspectives we work to develop the expertise of individual team members. The firm is also working on sending newsletters to clients for them to increase their legal understanding.
