Hideo Okamura is an experienced assistant judge and joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto as an attorney-at-law to gain practical experience in connection with the "Act on Treatment of Work Experience for Assistant Judges and Public Prosecutors Temporarily Practicing as Attorneys," which was enacted in June 2004.
