M&A Deal of the Year
The Deal of the Year Awards were announced on June 16, 2005 at a formal dinner following the ALB's recent In-house Legal Summit in Tokyo Japan. Award winners were selected among many nominees by a panel of in-house lawyers from large companies doing business in Japan.
