Our firm held a seminar on the new Corporation Law, and hosted a reception afterward

Mori Hamada & Matsumoto held a seminar on the new Corporation Law of Japan, and hosted a reception afterward at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo. Over 1,500 guests took part in the seminar and reception, including many of our clients. The seminar was well received by our clients, particularly because of its timely nature, being immediately after the new Corporation Law’s taking effect, because it provided practical and useful information to participants at such an early stage of the Law’s coming into effect.
