Thomson Reuters has announced the results of DEALWATCH AWARDS 2015, and the following five deals that the firm was engaged in received awards.

・A global IPO by three Japan Post Group companies, in which the firm was engaged as counsel of the seller and issuer, received the award "IPO of the Year," and the three Japan Post Group companies received the award "Issuer of the Year" at Thomson Reuters' DEALWATCH AWARDS 2015.

・An issuance of hybrid bonds (subordinated bonds) by Mitsubishi Corporation, in which the firm was engaged as issuer's counsel, received the award "Innovative Debt Deal of the Year" at Thomson Reuters' DEALWATCH AWARDS 2015.

・An issuance of euro-yen denominated convertible bonds with subscription warrants due in 2020 by Unicharm Corporation, in which the firm was engaged as issuer's counsel, received the award "Equity-linked Product of the Year" at Thomson Reuters' DEALWATCH AWARDS 2015.

・A global PO by Rakuten, Inc., in which the firm was engaged as underwriter's counsel, received the award "Equity Issuer of the the Year" at Thomson Reuters' DEALWATCH AWARDS 2015.

・An issuance of Model AA Class Shares by Toyota Motor Corporation, in which the firm was engaged as issuer's counsel with other firms, received the award "Innovative Equity Deal of the Year" at Thomson Reuters' DEALWATCH AWARDS 2015.
