In the Report, we received commendations for our corporate and finance work in respect of three submissions, the raising of new equity by Toshiba Corporation under unique circumstances which was ranked “standout”, Japan’s first global ICO by Tech Bureau Corporation and Asatsu DK Inc.’s going private transaction. Also commended was our pro-bono work in providing legal education and refugee application support, and raising awareness for the LGBT community.
