Keita Nakano has extensive experience in investment fund matters in connection with structuring, formation, fund-raising and ongoing maintenance. He has been involved in a number of public offerings and private placements of securities of investment trusts/corporations/partnerships for traditional investment funds as well as alternative investment funds, such as buy-out, venture capital, real estate, hedge, credit, and infrastructure funds.
