Mr. Rintaro Shinohara is transferred to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Mr. Shinohara is assigned to draft revisions for modernization of the Corporate Law which is currently being reviewed by the Legislative Council of the Ministry of Justice, as well as other revisions of legal structure for investment fund.
