Mori Hamada & Matsumoto held a seminar on the Anti-Monopoly Act at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo. Our lawyers, Messrs. Harumichi Uchida, Akihisa Tamaki, Tomohiro Tsuchiya, and Kenji Ito organized the seminar and lectured on the Japanese anti-monopoly legal system. Four attorneys from Arnold & Porter LLP were invited to the seminar as presenters, and together they and MHM’s attorneys lectured on the recent developments in practices concerning the anti-monopoly and antitrust laws in Japan and in the U.S. The seminar was presented in both Japanese and English, using simultaneous interpretation.
