3.Reason for Relocation

The firm plans to relocate its office to respond to an increase in the number of lawyers and staff resulting from an expansion in business operations and to improve business efficiency.

Upon completion in spring 2009, Marunouchi Park Building will be a combined office and commercial building with 34 floors above ground and four below, built on the former site of three office buildings (Mitsubishi Shoji Building, Furukawa Building, and Marunouchi Yaesu Building). The new building will be located three minutes’ walk from the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. It is located only a short distance away from the firm’s current office, and we trust that the move will not cause any major inconvenience to our clients. The new office will provide an excellent business environment enabling us to provide even better legal services.
