Koyo Madokoro joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto and MHM Tax Advisory Services on March 22, 2016.

Mr. Madokoro handled a wide range of tax-related matters, including corporate tax and income tax matters, at Asahi Tax Corporation.  In particular, he has abundant experience in the planning of business successions and inheritance measures and was in charge of calculating stock prices and developing structures for and supporting organizational restructuring, among other matters.

With the addition of Mr. Madokoro to our team, we have further improved our ability to provide tax services that include calculation of stock prices and due diligence.
