Yuko Maruyama, a licensed tax accountant, joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto and MHM Tax Advisory Services on January 15, 2018.

Ms. Maruyama handled a wide range of tax-related matters, including inheritance tax and gift tax, as well as corporate tax and income tax matters, at Yamada & Partners Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Co. and other firms.  She has abundant experience in tax filing and other services and was also in charge of developing structures and providing support for the planning of, among other matters, business successions, inheritance measures, and organizational restructuring.

With the addition of Ms. Maruyama to our teams, our ability to provide services integrating tax and legal components will further improve.
