Message from Mr. Ryosuke Nishimoto

My name is Ryosuke Nishimoto, and I am honored to join Mori Hamada & Matsumoto Osaka Office.

After qualifying as an attorney in 2007, I joined Irokawa Law Office and engaged in general corporate legal matters, with a particular focus on litigations and disputes related to human resources, principally for clients in the Kansai region.
Subsequently, as a fixed-term employee (a civil servant specializing in investigations) for the Fair Trade Commission, I devoted myself to investigations related to the Anti-monopoly Act, including handling adjudications and litigations, in support of the Commission.
I have also worked in the legal affairs department of a manufacturer listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, where I had the opportunity to participate in corporate activities and business on a global scale from a client-side perspective.

With a feeling of gratitude to those from whom I have learned in the past, I now look forward to combining the sum of my experiences and further developing my expertise in a new field with the aim of prioritizing the needs and expectations of our clients.
