Message from Mr. Yu Nimura

I am pleased to join Mori Hamada & Matsumoto and would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.

Since qualifying as a lawyer in 2011 I have engaged in a wide variety of legal matters at the Tokyo and London offices of an international law firm, Clifford Chance, specialising in capital market transactions (including Samurai bond, Eurobond and Tokyo Pro-Bond Market listed bond offerings) and other finance transactions and matters relating to financial regulations.  From 2017 to 2018 I was seconded to a leading securities firm in Hong Kong for one year as a member of the legal team involved in capital market transactions and matters relating to financial regulations throughout Asia, and in 2019 I was seconded to the investment banking headquarters of a leading Japanese securities firm, where I was deeply involved in both domestic and international capital market transactions as a frontline member of an underwriting securities firm.

At Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, I will strive to further develop my expertise and ensure our clients' success by leveraging my experience and the firm’s vast network and knowhow.  Most importantly, I will continue to devote myself to pursuing and delivering the best service to place our clients first.
