Message from Mr. Tomohiko Adachi

It is a great pleasure to join Mori Hamada & Matsumoto as a foreign law counsel.

I started my legal career in London in 2005 and since then I have been practicing international business law as one of the very few English-qualified Japanese nationals in the London and Tokyo offices of leading international law firms. My main practice areas include energy and natural resources, projects, finance, corporate and compliance (competition, anti-bribery), mostly in the context of the Japanese clients’ outbound, cross-border investments.

I will strive to ensure the success of the firm's clients by combining my expertise with the excellence of my new colleagues at MHM. I look forward to working with you.
