  The firm acted as issuer’s counsel in a secondary offering of shares and disposal of treasury stock through third-party allotment by Nomura Research Institute, Ltd.
• “Equity Issuer of the Year”
  The firm acted as issuer’s and seller’s counsel in the global IPO by Socionext Inc.
•  “Equity Deal of the Year”
  The firm acted as issuer’s counsel in the issuance of new shares through an international offering and the issuance of new shares through third-party allotment by JMDC Inc.
•  “Equity-linked Product of the Year”
  The firm acted as issuer’s counsel in the issuance of zero coupon convertible bonds due 2029 by CyberAgent, Inc.
