Yokohama Office Starts Operations
On August 19, 2024, the Yokohama Office officially started operations as a branch office of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto LPC.
The Yokohama Office is represented by Yuta Kawashima, who has extensive experience in corporate governance and other areas of general corporate law, start-up support, M&A, and litigation and dispute resolution among other legal fields, and is assisted by Koshi Takatsu.
The Yokohama Office provides thorough and cutting-edge legal support from a location situated near the business sites of our clients in Yokohama Prefecture, and works in close coordination with the firm’s Tokyo Office and other offices in Japan, as well as with our overseas offices (those in New York, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok, HCMC, Hanoi, Jakarta, Yangon, and Manila) and other allied overseas law firms where our lawyers are based, in relation to cross-border M&A projects and business expansion into other Asian countries by our clients.
