Shinnippon-Hoki Inc. Foundation has announced the 3rd Shinnippon-Hoki Inc. Foundation Incentive Award winners, and "Directors' Duties and Responsibilities in M&As by Controlling Shareholders," a paper written by two of the firm's lawyers, Koji Toshima and Hirokazu Hayashi , received the Award of Excellence in the area of Corporate Law.
