  The firm acted as issuer’s counsel in the global offering and the Euro-denominated senior notes issuance, Yen-denominated senior notes issuance, and Yen-denominated subordinated senior notes issuance by Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd.
• “Bond Issuer of the Year”
  The firm acted as issuer’s counsel in the US Dollar-denominated and Euro-denominated senior notes issuance by NTT FINANCE CORPORATION.
• “Offshore Bond of the Year”
  The firm acted as issuer’s counsel in the US Dollar-denominated and Euro-denominated senior notes issuance by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.
• “Cross-border Yen Bond of the Year”
  The firm acted as issuer’s counsel in the Japanese Yen Bonds issuance by the Republic of Indonesia.
• “Equity Deal of the Year”
  The firm acted as issuer’s and seller’s counsel in the global offering by SoftBank Corp.
