Message from Mr. Shota Togashi

I am honored to be joining Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.

After being admitted to the Japanese bar in 2018, I spent just over one year practicing law at Hashidate Law Office, where I primarily engaged in matters related to structured finance, litigation, and general corporate law. Subsequently, from February 2020, I gained extensive experience for nearly two years at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP (Tokyo Office) (Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise) handling a broad range of legal matters, principally including those related to real estate investments and finance, structured finance, and financial regulations.

At Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, I look forward to leveraging the experience I have gained to date, and will strive to further develop my professional expertise to support our clients.
