Yukiko Otani joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.

It is my great pleasure to announce my employment at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto to resume legal practice following my experience in M&A and the field of financial regulatory law at financial institutions for approximately five years after completion of legal training and three and a half years’ study in the United States. I am looking forward to providing my services to our clients, albeit indirectly, by taking on the role as a member of the newly established Professional Support Lawyer Group to consolidate and systematize legal knowledge, know-how and experience accumulated within the firm.
