"Provisions Concerning the Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces (Reference Examples)" consists of 3 items, namely "Examples for Agreements on Credit Union Transactions," "Examples for Agreements on Cash Loans for Consumption," and "Examples for Consumer Loan Agreements," based on the Japanese Bankers Association's previous issue of "Draft Model Clause for Eliminating Racketeering, etc." Daisuke Oda took part in making these reference examples amongst other activities.
