Turkey/Middle East Practice
We provide a broad range of legal support for businesses entering or operating in Turkey and the Middle East
As companies become increasingly active on a global scale, our firm is handling an increasing number of transactions and matters in Turkey and throughout the Middle East. We provide legal support for a variety of business activities in the region, including market entry, M&A, and joint ventures.
With Turkey centrally located among Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Commonwealth of Independent States, many corporations are entering Turkey to establish a regional management base there. We have secondment programs with leading Turkish law firms in which we send lawyers to train with those firms and we accept seconded lawyers from Turkey. We also provide information to clients by holding seminars in Japan and Turkey regarding Turkish legal practices.
We support our clients in their legal matters throughout the Middle East by leveraging our network and strong relationships with leading law firms in the region to form the ideal team for our clients depending on the type and nature of their matters.
