MHM Diversity & Inclusion Policy
Mori Hamada & Matsumoto’s Vision is to be the “Firm of Choice”. Based on this Vision, MHM promotes “Diversity & Inclusion” so that we can continue to be an organization that is most trusted by clients and an organization that all our members can be proud of.
In order to fulfill this Vision, MHM will:

and, through these efforts, MHM will:
contribute to solving the various issues our clients face in response to the changing times, and contribute, as a law firm and as a member of society, to the realization of a more diverse and dynamic society by realizing the self-fulfillment of each member of the firm.
