We have many years of experience advising clients on a wide variety of legal matters relating to Vietnam
We have been seconding lawyers to Vietnamese law firms since the first half of the 2000s, prior to Vietnam’s entry into the World Trade Organization. Companies are increasingly entering and establishing operations in Vietnam to benefit from the country’s market expansion and to develop Vietnam as a manufacturing base. Our work with clients includes advice regarding business entry and investment methods, such as by privatization or use of holding companies that take into account foreign investment restrictions and business practices, real estate development, and bids for state-owned enterprises.
We have Vietnamese lawyers who have worked at leading Vietnamese firms prior to joining our firm and we have seconded Japanese lawyers to leading Vietnamese law firms with offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In this way, we deliver comprehensive legal services that take into account the latest developments in law and business practices.
